Delivery and Fulfillment
Effective
A Genesis Roses collectible is digital, so fulfilment means one thing: the NFT arriving in your wallet on the Base blockchain. This page explains how that works for a purchase made directly from DELIVEROSE LLC, what we need from you, and what to do if it has not happened.
1.Where things stand today
Direct checkout on nft.deliverose.com is not open yet. No payment is taken and no order is completed through this site today. This page describes how delivery works for direct purchases once DELIVEROSE makes direct checkout available. Until then, Genesis Roses collectibles are available on OpenSea, where the marketplace handles delivery — see section 8.
2.What is delivered, and how
You receive the Genesis Roses NFT you ordered, in the quantity you ordered: an ERC-1155 token on Base (chain ID 8453), issued by the official contract:
0xD2d5a3c4696C6D5B5f299CA648Bc360990295A59
Delivery is a blockchain transaction that places the token in the wallet address you gave at checkout. Nothing is posted, emailed or downloaded: the token in your wallet is the collectible. What owning it gives you is set out in the NFT Terms and Risk Disclosure.
3.What we need from you
- A wallet address on Base. A public address beginning
0x, for a wallet that you control and that supports Base and ERC-1155 tokens. Many exchange deposit addresses cannot receive NFTs; if you are unsure, use a self-custody wallet. - An email address for the order, so we can reach you about it.
We never need your private key, seed phrase or recovery phrase, and we will never ask for them. A wallet address is only a destination; you do not connect or sign in with it.
You are responsible for the wallet address being correct and able to receive the token. We send to exactly the address you give. A confirmed transfer to a wrong or incompatible address that you provided normally cannot be reversed, and we cannot promise to recover it. Please check it carefully — including the first and last few characters — before you pay.
Checkout may let you finish an order and add your wallet address afterwards. In that case, delivery waits until you give us one: write to support@deliverose.com with your order number.
4.What happens after you pay
- Payment is confirmed. We treat a payment as successful only once our payment provider has confirmed it to us directly — not because a page in your browser says so.
- Your order is accepted. The order is marked complete, and your checkout page shows it as complete.
- The NFT is sent. We submit the blockchain transaction that places the token in your wallet. Blockchain transactions take time to be confirmed, and that time depends on the network as well as on us.
- Delivery is final. Once the transaction is confirmed on Base, the token is in your wallet and the transfer cannot be reversed.
5.How to check that it has arrived
You do not have to take our word for it. Blockchain records are public, so you can check delivery independently:
- open your wallet and look for the collectible on the Base network;
- or search your wallet address on BaseScan and look for a token transfer from the contract address in section 2.
Some wallets and marketplaces take a while to display a new token even after the transfer is confirmed. A block explorer shows the transfer itself and is the most reliable check.
6.If a paid order has not arrived
If your payment has been confirmed and the NFT is not in your wallet, write to support@deliverose.com with your order number and the wallet address you gave. We will check the order, the payment and the blockchain, and then either complete the delivery or, where we cannot, refund the payment.
The Refunds and Cancellations page explains how that, a duplicate charge, and a delivery error on our side are each handled.
7.Physical items
No complimentary physical item is currently offered with any Genesis Roses purchase. If a physical benefit is ever offered with a direct purchase, it will belong to that specific purchase rather than to the token, and its eligibility, delivery terms and any charges will be stated at checkout before you pay. A physical item is never included unless the checkout for your order says so.
8.Purchases on OpenSea
When you buy a Genesis Roses NFT on OpenSea, the marketplace’s smart contracts transfer it to the wallet you bought with, as part of the same transaction. We are not involved in that delivery. An OpenSea purchase is the NFT only — it does not include a physical rose or any other physical item. Questions about the transaction itself belong with OpenSea’s support.
