Effective
What can be undone after a purchase depends on where the purchase happened and whether it has already been confirmed on the blockchain. This page separates those cases honestly, including the ones where the answer is that we cannot help.
1.Why this page is not simply “all sales are final”
It would be easy to write that every sale is final and leave it there. Two things make that the wrong answer.
The first is technical. A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by anybody — including us. That is not a policy we chose; it is how Base works, and no promise we made could change it.
The second is legal. Consumer protection laws in some places give people rights that a business cannot remove with a sentence in its terms. Where you have such a right, you keep it, whatever this page says.
2.Purchases on OpenSea
Genesis Roses collectibles held by Deliverose are currently offered on OpenSea. A purchase there is a transaction between you and the seller, executed by the marketplace’s smart contracts on the Base network.
Once that transaction is confirmed, Deliverose cannot reverse it, cancel it, or return the ETH you spent. We are not in the payment path — the funds move directly on-chain between wallets and to the marketplace for its fee — and we have no technical ability to unwind it.
If something went wrong with the marketplace itself — a listing that did not behave as shown, a failed transaction that still charged network fees, a dispute with a seller — OpenSea’s own support and dispute process is the right place to raise it, and the only place with any ability to act on that transaction.
Network fees paid to the blockchain are never refundable by anybody, including for a transaction that fails. They are paid to the network for the attempt.
3.Before a transaction is confirmed
Up to the moment a transaction is confirmed, what you can do is set by the marketplace and your wallet, not by us. Typically that means you can simply decline to sign, close the wallet prompt, or — if a transaction is pending — use whatever cancellation or replacement feature your wallet offers. Those options belong to those tools, and we cannot perform them for you.
The practical advice is the useful part: check the collection’s contract address, the token, the quantity, the price and the network before you confirm anything. The NFT Terms and Risk Disclosure lists our official contract address so you can verify you are buying the real collection.
4.Purchases made directly from Deliverose
Our own checkout is not yet operating. No payment is taken and no order is completed through nft.deliverose.com today, so there is currently nothing bought here that could need a refund.
When we do open it, the cancellation and refund terms that apply to those purchases will be published before it opens, and they will address the point at which an order can still be cancelled — which, for anything not yet sent to a blockchain, is a real and useful window. We will not rely on this page to cover a sales channel it was not written for.
Preserved rose arrangements bought from deliverose.com are a separate purchase from a separate shop, with its own terms and its own returns process.
5.If something has gone wrong on our side
If we have made a mistake — a collectible described incorrectly, artwork or metadata that does not match what was shown, something we published that misled you about what you were buying — please tell us. We will look at it properly.
What we can do depends on the facts. We can correct information, and we can put right anything within our control. We cannot reverse a blockchain transfer or recover funds that have moved to another wallet, and we will say so plainly rather than let you wait for something that is not going to happen. Where a remedy is genuinely owed, we will agree it with you directly.
6.Rights we cannot ask you to give up
Nothing on this page removes a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel, to a refund, or to a remedy for a product that is not as described, you keep it, and this page is not an attempt to contract around it.
Where such a right applies to a digital collectible and we are the seller, write to us and we will deal with it under that law rather than under this page.
7.How to raise a problem
Write to support@deliverose.com. It helps if you can include what you bought, where you bought it, roughly when, and the transaction hash or wallet address if you have them — that is usually enough for us to find the transaction on the blockchain and understand what happened.
We read every message. If the answer is that we cannot undo something, you will hear that from us quickly rather than slowly.
